We have requirement in Production Department – Formulation.
1. Executive – Production (Position: 4)
- Education: B. Pharm / M. Pharm
- Year of Experience: 6 to 8 yr
Desirable Experience:
- Should have operation and troubleshooting experience in granulation and compression, coating and encapsulation equipment’s like RMG,FBP, Cadmach C-100 / C-300 , Coater ACG/ Glatt, capsule filing machine AF-90T ACG pam with line machines.
- Should have experience in documentation like BMR preparation, SOP preparation, Investigation, Manpower handling shift planning and area planning, online data recording, Qualification of equipment’s, QMS handling (change control, Deviation, CAPA), Risk assessment. Can handle the area independently.
- Working Experience in regulated plant like USFDA, MHRA etc.

- Education: M. Pharm / M.Sc.
- Year of Experience: 8 to 10 year
Desirable Experience:
- He should have knowledge of Analytical Method Development (for formulation products)
- Should have knowledge of Analytical Method validation as per USP and ICH guideline.
- Should be aware about calibration of analytical instruments.
- Must have hands on experience of HPLC and GC instruments.
- Candidate with knowledge of analytical document preparation e.g., Specification, MOA, Assessment of Residual Solvents, elemental impurities as per USP and ICH is preferred.
