Job Description:
- Lead new product development projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring successful technology transfer from R&D to production.
- Develop and implement pilot plant processes for existing and new products, optimizing yields and reducing costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues related to process operations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide technical services to support production activities, including training on equipment operation, maintenance schedules, and quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records of batch data, inventory management, and material handling.
