- Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B. Tech(Chemical Engineering)

Job Description:
- To involve the investigations related to manufacturing and prepare the Investigation reports related to OOS, OOT, Deviations, Market complaints and CAPAs.
- Improve the quality of the investigation by following the suitable tools on investigation methodologies.
- Do the effective investigation and complete with in stipulated timeline by Co-ordinate with various departments i.e. Manufacturing, Quality control, MS&T, Warehouse, Engineering & utility and Quality Assurance to drive brainstorming sessions and cross functional team (CFT) discussions.
- Through process knowledge on unit operations and systems
- Perform the GEMBA walk after reporting the any OOS/OOT/Deviation.
- Assist the manufacturing department for proper root cause identification.
- Data evaluation by using statistical analytical tools to identify/arrive the root cause.
- Focus on repeat failures and coordinate with MS&T to resolve the issues.
- Involving of all manufacturing related activities in manufacturing blocks to meet the Quality by strictly adhering with safety and cGMP norms.
- Process Improvement by identifying the gaps/reduce the variability by effective CAPA implementation.
