Key Responsibilities
Production – Filling & Compounding
- Operate filling and sealing machines.
- Handle isolators and aseptic manufacturing equipment.
- Perform compounding operations.
- Monitor pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), conductivity, and related process parameters.
Production – Autoclave & Vial Washing
- Handle terminal sterilization activities.
- Prepare autoclave loads.
- Operate vial washing machines.
- Handle vial washing tunnels and associated equipment.
Production – Visual Inspection & QMS
- Perform manual and automatic visual inspection.
- Handle pharmaceutical packing processes.
- Manage CAPA and deviation-related activities.
- Prepare and review BMR/BPR documentation.
- Support QMS compliance activities.
Projects & Engineering
- Handle boiler and utility systems.
- Work on electrical systems, HVAC, and water systems.
- Support instrumentation and automation activities.
- Perform equipment troubleshooting and maintenance as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm, or B.Tech qualification depending on the role.
- 1–10 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates must have experience in an injectable regulated manufacturing plant.
- Experience with sterile/injectable manufacturing processes and equipment will be highly relevant.
