Job description:

We are urgently Hiring for Corporate Affairs at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, for its Corporate Office in Ahmedabad.
Location : Corporate Office , Ahmedabad
Exp : 2-5 years
Qualification : B.Sc. / B. Pharm
Function : Documentation & Liasioning (FDA, CDSCO, Prohibition & Excise, Narcotics & DCGI)
For handling Narcotics, FDA, CDSCO and Prohibition and Excise activities having 2-5 years of experience in pharma industries.

Job Description :
Prescreening of applications pertaining to import & registration, New Drug filings, biological filings, Form 29, Form,11, Form 10, Dual use and ensuring timely approvals from CDSCO.
– Good knowledge on Drugs and Cosmetics acts and its various licenses like CT 11, CT 17, CT 04, CT 21, 28, 29, 25 etc.
– Coordination with Internal stakeholders on technical requirements for regulatory filings.
– Online portal Sugam related issues: discussion with CDSCO and CDAC for appropriate solutions.
– Should be able to file applications with Narcotics and Prohibition Department.
– He / She should be able to handle the queries raised by the aforesaid government department.
– Liasioning with Government agencies like CDSCO, FDA, Prohibition & Industries Commissioner.
