1) REQUIREMENT FOR INJECTABLE MANUFACTURING/ PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
- Designation: Operators / Officer / Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager
- Department: Manufacturing – Production
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm
- Total Experience: 2 to 10 Years
Area: Aseptic & Controlled area operation (Filling, Sealing, filtration, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, terminal sterilization, Tunnel Operations, QMS Activities, Visual Inspection testing/ VIT etc.)
Line: PFS, Cartridge line, Lyophilizer and Vial, Bag Line, Robotic Line (Vial), Emulsion Line, filling line with Isolators, Aseptic injectable Filling line
Desired Profile:
- To observe & follow all rules and regulations of the production department.
- Must be from Parenteral background & exposure to Aseptic vial / Bottle filling process is desirable.
- To be aware and responsible for achieving quality objective and fulfilling the requirements of applicable quality procedures.
- Sound technical knowledge of Aseptic area & Controlled area related activities.
- Technical exposure and expertise on filling & Autoclave machine.
- Knowledge of Regulatory guidelines and exposure of USFDA audits.
- Knowledge of change control, Deviation, CAPA, and documentation in manufacturing area of injectable.
- Expertise in batch manufacturing and preparation related activities.
- Knowledge of equipment validation and qualifications in injectable.
- Preparation & review of BMR-BPR
- Filling machine with Isolator operation, autoclave, Manufacturing and Filtration vessel operation, CIP and SIP processing,
2) REQUIREMENT FOR INJECTABLE PACKING DEPARTMENT
- Designation: Operators / Officer / Assistant Manager
- Department: Manufacturing – Packing
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm
- Total Experience: 4 to 10 Years in injectable packaging
Desired Profile:
Candidate must have hands-on experience in:
- Packing / Visual Inspection process
- Qualification process of Visual inspector
- Bag Packing Machine/ Auto Pouching machine
- Auto Carbonator Machine
- Auto Visual Machine, Brevetti, Checkweigher Machine
- Pressure Leak test Machine, Labelling machine
FRESHERS:
- Role: Apprentice / Trainee in the Manufacturing Department.
- Location: Ahmedabad.
- Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.E., B.Pharma, or M.Sc.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (freshers or those with apprentice experience).
Note:
- Fresher candidates with experience of 6 months to 1 year of Apprentice experience can also apply.
- Candidate with good communication & interpersonal skills, computer knowledge, exposure to cGMP and understanding of regulatory requirement will be preferred.
- Experienced candidates with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical injectable and sterile manufacturing in regulated environments are also encouraged to apply.
