Department: Sterile Manufacturing (Production & Packing):
- Designations: Operator | Officer | Sr. Officer | Executive | Sr. Executive
- Qualification: Diploma / D.Pharma/ B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharma / M.Pharma
- Experience: 1 to 7 years (Pharmaceutical Industry only)
- 👉 Freshers may apply for Apprenticeship roles
🧪 Functional Areas:
- – Aseptic & Controlled Area Operations
- – Filling, Sealing, Filtration, Autoclave & Terminal Sterilization
- – Tunnel Operations, Batch Manufacturing
- – Visual Inspection Testing (VIT), QMS Activities
🏭 Manufacturing Lines Exposure:
- – Ophthalmic, Prefilled Syringes (PFS)
- – Cartridges, Lyophilizer
- – Vial & Bag Lines, Robotic Vial Line, Emulsion Line
⚙ Machine Exposure (Preferred):
- – Sterile Eye Drop Filling Machines (Groninger / Optima)
- – Dyno Truking Filling & Sealing Machine
- – Bosch Filling Machine, Steam Sterilizer (Fedegari)
🎯 Desired Profile:
- – Experience in Parenteral / Injectable Manufacturing
- – Strong knowledge of Aseptic & Controlled Area operations
- – Hands-on exposure to Filling & Autoclave Machines
- – Understanding of cGMP & Regulatory Guidelines
- – Exposure to USFDA audits (21 CFR compliant facilities preferred)
Candidate with good communication & interpersonal skills, computer knowledge, exposure to cGMP and understanding of regulatory requirement will be preferred.
Note : Candidate should relevant experience in USFDA regulatory approved pharmaceuticals (Preferred 21 CFR compliant) organization.
