Key Responsibilities
Production – Filling & Vial Washing
- Handling filling and vial washing equipment.
- Maintaining documentation and cGMP compliance.
- Monitoring critical process parameters.
- Supporting deviation investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Production – Visual Inspection & GIT
- Performing visual inspection activities.
- Operating inspection equipment and ensuring cGMP compliance.
- Managing documentation and deviation/CAPA activities.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for product quality compliance.
Production – Activities & Compounding
- Responsible for compounding, filtration, and sterilization activities.
- Equipment operation and documentation.
- Conducting in-process checks.
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP and SOP requirements.
Projects & Engineering (Water System & Process Engineering)
- Operation and maintenance of water treatment systems, PW, WFI, and pure steam systems.
- Calibration and maintenance of engineering equipment.
- Troubleshooting process equipment and instrumentation systems.
Warehouse
- Warehouse and distribution management.
- Inventory control, storage, dispatch, and transportation activities.
- Documentation and compliance management.
- Team development and operational excellence.
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
- Environmental and safety operations management.
- Permit systems, incident management, and risk assessment.
- PPE management and regulatory compliance.
- Safety training and adherence to EHS regulations and cGMP requirements.
