INJECTABLE REQUIREMENT
1. Manufacturing (Production) Department- (Injectable/Sterile Unit)
- Designation: Assistant/ Associate
- Department: Production (Sterile Manufacturing)
- Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/ B.Sc.
- Total Experience: 01 to 8 years (Pharma experience only)
- Job Locations: 1) Pipan, Sanand, Ahmedabad, 2) SEZ- Matoda, Ahmedabad
Area: Aseptic & Controlled area operation (Filling, Sealing, filtration, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, terminal sterilization, Tunnel Operations, QMS Activities, Visual Inspection testing/ VIT, packing etc.)
Line: Ophthalmic, PFS, Cartridges, Lyophilizer and Vial, Bag Line, Robotic Line (Vial), Emulsion Line
Machine Exposure: filling machine (Groninger / Optima), Dyno Truking filling and sealing machine, Bosch filling machine, Steam sterilizer (Fedegree)
Desired Profile:
- Expertise in batch manufacturing and preparation related activities.
- To observe & follow all rules and regulations of the production department.
- Must be from Parenteral background & exposure to Aseptic vial / Bottle filling process is desirable.
- To be aware and responsible for achieving quality objective and fulfilling the requirements of applicable quality procedures.
- Technical exposure and expertise on filling & Autoclave machine.
- Exposure of USFDA audits.
2. Quality Control (QC – Chemical) (Injectable/Parenteral Unit
- Designation : Officer/ Sr. Officer/ Executive/ Sr. Executive
- Department : Quality Control (QC – Chemical)
- Qualification : B.Sc./ M.Sc./ B. Pharma/ M. Pharma
- Total Experience: 2 to 08 years in injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant.
- Shift Type : Rotational Shift timing
- Job Location : Pipan, Sanand, Ahmedabad
Job Description:
- Candidate must have hands on experience on sampling & analysis of Raw material (RM), Packing material (PM), in-process product testing (IPPT) & Finished product (FP) testing and stability testing.
- Candidate must have handled analytical instruments like UV, GC, HPLC, IR, KF etc. Exposure of Lab software like LIMS, Cipdox, Lab solution is preferred.
- Candidate having exposure of QC investigation shall be preferred.
3. Quality Assurance – (Validation)
- Designation : Officer/ Sr. Officer/ Executive/ Sr. Executive
- Department : Quality Assurance – (Validation)
- Qualification : B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/ M.Sc.
- Total Experience: 5 to 1o years in injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant.

Job Description:
- Candidate must have exposure of Qualification and Validation Protocol preparation, Execution and Report preparation of Equipment & Utility. Isolator, Robotic Line and Lyophilizer.
- SOP preparation and review, VMP preparation and review, URS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, CQ, RQ documentation experience.
- Handling of QMS elements related to validation and qualification.
- Media fill exposure including documentation and execution, Process validation, Hold time study and Cleaning validation exposure (Documentation and Execution).
- Validation planner preparation, tracking and closure with CFT co-ordination, CSV and PLC validation knowledge & experience.
4. Quality Assurance – (IPQA & Environment Monitoring (EM))
- Designation: Officer/ Sr. Officer/ Executive/ Sr. Executive
- Department: Quality Assurance – (IPQA & Environment Monitoring (EM))
- Qualification: B. Pharma/ B.Sc./ M. Pharma/ M.Sc.
- Total Experience: 4 to 10 years (Only Male candidates required)
- Shift Type: Rotational Shift timing
- Job Location: Pipan, Sanand, Ahmedabad
Job Description:
IPQA:
- Candidate must have exposure of Master and Executed BMR, BPR review, Line clearance experience, Sampling exposure for different stages including finished product.
- Shop floor compliance experience, Visual inspector qualification exposure, AQL knowledge, experience on media fill, Isolator lines, Lyophilizer line, Cartridge line, Retain sample management.
- Work request handling and review,
- Handling of QMS elements (Deviation, OOS, OOAL, OOT, Microbial excursion etc.) related to shop floor, Engineering, Warehouse etc.
Environment Monitoring (EM):
- Candidate must be form Microbiology background & must have exposure and experience i.e. Settle plate, MAS, Surface monitoring, NVPC including all documentation of EM,
- Planning and scheduling of all EM activities including media fill expos
Note : Candidate should have relevant experience in USFDA regulatory approved pharmaceuticals (Preferred 21 CFR compliance) organization.
