WE ARE HIRING FOR SEZ-MATODA INJECTABLE PLANTÂ
1. Quality Assurance (QA) – Department (Injectable/Parenteral)
- Designation: Dy. Manager/Manager – QA
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- Total Experience: 10 to 15 years in injectable / sterile manufacturing plant
Job Description:
- To review the audit trails observations/justification for empower shoftware.
- To prepare APQR schedule & monitor the APQR preparation as per schedule
- To review qualification validation, preventive maintenance & calibration of instruments.
- To review instrument & equipment qualifacation reports of CSV.
- To be a part of risk assessment activities of various equipments & systems etc.
2. Quality Assurance – Environmental Monitoring (Microbiologist)
- Designation: Trainee/Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/ Sr. Executive
- Qualification: B.Sc. (Micro) / M.Sc (Micro) / B.Tech. (Biotech.) / M.Tech (Biotech)
- Total Experience: 2 to 06 years in injectable / sterile manufacturing plant
Job Description:
- Environmental monitoring of manufacturing clean room area. Non-viable particle monitoring of manufacturing clean room area. Personnel monitoring.
- To maintain the Issuance/reconciliation record of items / media for Environment monitoring material e.g. plates, swabs, etc.
3. Project & Engineering Department (Injectable/Parenteral)
- Designation: Dy. Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager (Plant Maintenance)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech
- Total Experience: 10 to 18 years in injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant
Job Description:
- Competency to handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of vial washing, tunnel, vial filling, vial capping machine, Sealing machine, Lyo, Autoclave, Steam sterilizer etc.
- Knowledge of GMP operations & Documents.
- Must have exposure of regulatory audits.
