Job description:

• Responsible for GC & GCHS Analysis of raw material, in process, Intermediates,
• Finish Product and stability samples as per defined test procedure.
• Responsible for Chemical analysis of raw material.
• Responsible for Sampling and Analysis of Raw Material and Packing Material as
• per defined test procedure.
• Maintenance of Raw material control samples, GC columns and GC standards.
• Responsible for Calibration of all GC instrument.
• Responsible for the Chemical analysis of in process Sample, Intermediate Sample,
• Finish Product and Stability Samples.
• Responsible for preparation and standardization of Volumetric Solution and
• reagent Solution.
• Responsible to perform all the activities in laboratory as per defined procedure and
• as per cGMP/CGLP requirement.
• Responsible to monitor and maintain housekeeping in QC.
• Responsible for training of QC employee as and when required.
• Responsible to maintain raw data sheet (Protocol) and log books.
• Responsible for daily calibration activity and monitoring of temperature and
• Humidity in all QC area as and when required.
• Preparation of raw material specification, method of analysis and certificate of
• analysis as and when required.
• Release of RM & PM as and required.
