1. ADL – Analytical Development Laboratory
Eligibility
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or M.Pharm.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in the API industry.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Method development and optimization using HPLC and LCMS.
- Method validation as per regulatory and ICH guidelines.
- Preparation, review, and technical input for specifications and Methods of Analysis (MOA).
- Execution of GLP-related activities, including instrument calibration, qualification, and standard management.
- Preparation and review of analytical documentation, protocols, and reports.
2. R&D – Research & Development
Eligibility
- M.Sc. Organic Chemistry or Ph.D. in Chemistry.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in the API industry.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Basic understanding of API synthesis, process development, and DMF documentation.
- Knowledge of cost-effective, quality-driven, and environmentally friendly processes aligned with ICH guidelines.
- Exposure to lab-scale process optimization, product validation, and technology transfer basics.
- Familiarity with KSM, intermediates, and API specifications.
- Working knowledge of NMR, Mass, and IR characterization techniques.
3. Production – API Manufacturing
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. Organic Chemistry.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in the API industry.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Experience in API Production and Bulk Drug manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for quality and operational efficiency.
- Batch start-up activities and production monitoring.
- Calibration of balances and production equipment.
- Review technical documents including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and validation protocols.
- Knowledge and exposure to cGMP requirements is mandatory.
