Job Description
Alivira Animal Health Limited is hiring an experienced Stores & Warehouse Executive with strong exposure to end-to-end pharmaceutical warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in material handling, documentation, SOP implementation, and quality compliance within a regulated pharma setup.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch

Ensure accurate documentation for inward and outward materials

Prepare, review, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Maintain inventory records, stock reconciliation, and ERP entries
-
Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality systems, and regulatory guidelines

Coordinate with QA, Production, and Purchase departments
-
Support internal and external audits related to warehouse operations

Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and material traceability
Eligibility Criteria

Education: B.Sc / B.Com

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Industry Exposure: Pharmaceutical / Animal Health (Mandatory)

Gender: Male (as per role requirement)
