Production Operation Cleaning Sterilization Qualification & maintenance of Solution preparation systems. Fodegari autoclaves, Lyophiszers, Vial washing & turnel, Vial Ophthalmic/PFS filling lines, aseptic fitration, Microsphere reliner, Active freeze drying System & Sterile Dry Powder Billing machine, Understanding and compliance to clean room behavior, Aseptic practices and Good Documentation practices is a must
Packaging: Operation Cleaning, Qualification & Maintenance of Manual Visual inspection, Online Integrity testing Mic, Labelling Mic, Auto Cartonator, Blister Packaging M/c, Serialization, Track & Trace System Documentation Batch record preparation, change control, Devtation, CAPA, investigation, manufacturing QMS & compliance activities. - To review and provide Critical Process Parameters (CPPS) and Critical Quality Attributes (COA) as part of annual product review. Review of Technology transfer documents.
