Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handling qualification and validation of utility equipment i.e. Purified water generation and distribution system, Nitrogen and Compressed air system.
- Handling preventive maintenance of utility Equipments i.e.- chiller, Pumps, Hot water generator, cooling tower, Compressor, HVAC, BMS etc.
- update Preventive Maintenance records, History Card and Preventive Maintenance Schedules.
- Responsible for spare part inventory management.
- Vendor management for fabrication and modification work.
- Hands on experience for water balancing and efficiency calculation of utility equipments.
- Responsible for departmental QMS activity of utility i.e. Change control, Incident, CAPA, investigation and SOP preparation.
- Ability to solve the problem and guide the technicians.
Desired Candidate Profile
04-08 years of experience in O&M of Water System & Utility
- Electrical troubleshooting skills including breakdown and spares
- AMC Management & QMS of Documentation
- Effective Communication
