Job Description/Skills Required :
- Responsible for method development, optimization, assay Development
- Hands on experience with method qualification and transfers
- Should be competent to conduct method validation for assay, RS, dissolution using HPLC, GC, wet chemistry
- Handling deficiencies from regulatory authorities
- Review of chromatography audit trials
- Handling OOTs and OOS, by using LC-MS based structural elucidation
- LC-MS based analysis for impurity profiling, method development.
- Characterization by using LC-MS and HC-MS
- Responsible for scientific output of analytical team
