🎓 Eligibility:
For Medical Representative (MR):

Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc (Any discipline: Biology, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, etc.)

Age Limit: Up to 25 years

Experience: 1+ years (Freshers may also be considered if meeting other criteria)
For Area Manager (AM):
-
Qualification: Same as above
-
Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Experience: 3+ years in pharma sales with team handling experience preferred
💼 Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Medical Representative:
-
Promote company’s products to doctors and pharmacists
-
Generate prescriptions from HCPs
-
Manage chemists, distributors, and stockists
-
Execute sales promotion activities and participate in conferences/CMEs
🔹 Area Manager:
-
Lead and mentor a team of Medical Reps
-
Ensure primary and secondary sales targets are met
-
Handle doctor coverage, retail management & stockist coordination
-
Sales analysis, reporting, and forecast

Team development and motivation
-
Ensure regional sales strategy execution
