🏭 Production

Experience: 1–3 Years

• Exposure to OSD manufacturing operations including granulation, compression, coating, pellet coating, and capsule filling.
• Knowledge of PAS, SCADA, E-Log systems.
• Experience in primary and secondary packing operations.
• Knowledge of PAS, Track & Trace, and e-BMR.

Experience: 4–8 Years

• Experience in OSD manufacturing QMS and training activities.
• Working knowledge of equipment qualification.
• Knowledge of PAS, QMS, and TRIMS.
• Experience in production planning and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and AI tools.

🔧 Maintenance (4–8 Years)

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical process equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, electrical panels, and E-Log.
• Experience in handling software breakdowns is an added advantage.
• Maintenance of utility equipment including ETP and STP.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, humidifiers, and dehumidifier AHUs.

🧪 Quality Assurance

Experience: 2–3 Years

• Experience in IPQA during manufacturing and packing operations.
• Knowledge of SCADA equipment, PAS, and Batch Records.
• Equipment qualification using SCADA.
• Facility and utility validation activities.

Experience: 5–6 Years

• Analytical QA and review of analytical reports.
• Online review of chemical and microbiological testing.
• Knowledge of GLP functions, QC instruments, and laboratory qualification.
• Hands-on experience with LIMS software, OpenLab, and LC solutions.
• Working knowledge of QMS activities including:
