Position Requirements
- Position: International Voice Process
- Experience: Freshers
- Shift: US Night Shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM or 6 PM – 3 AM)
- Qualification: Graduation or Diploma (BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc – Physics/Chemistry/CS/Maths, MBA, MCA). Passed out between 2019-2024.
- Note: B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech candidates are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Address outstanding accounts receivable (AR) through phone calls and analysis.
- Utilize tools for resolving payment issues, appeals, and patient transfers.
- Identify and report trends, claim errors, and billing roadblocks.
- Document call outcomes and follow policies and procedures.
- Achieve SLA targets for quality and productivity.
