Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and address outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) through phone calls and resources.
- Resolve claims via payment collection, corrected submissions, appeals, or adjustments.
- Identify trends in denials, submission errors, or credentialing issues.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for quality and production targets.
- Document outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated with process policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education:
- Graduates (BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths).
- Diploma holders (12+).
- Passed out years: 2019 – 2024.
- Ineligible: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech candidates.
- Experience: Freshers welcome!
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts (US Shift).
Shift Timings:
- 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift).
