Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) through calls to insurance companies
-
Use available tools and systems to resolve claims resulting in payments, corrections, appeals, adjustments, or patient transfers
-
Identify and report denial trends, claim errors, credentialing issues, and billing roadblocks
-
Meet defined productivity and quality SLAs
-
Accurately update call outcomes and claim status in the billing system
-
Adhere to process policies & procedures (P&Ps) and stay updated on changes
-
Improve performance based on quality audits and managerial feedback
