Analyze and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) through calls

Use available tools to resolve claims leading to payments, corrections, appeals, or adjustments

Identify and report denial trends, claim submission errors, credentialing issues, and billing roadblocks
-
Meet defined SLAs for productivity and quality
-
Update call outcomes and analysis accurately in billing systems
-
Adhere to process policies & procedures (P&Ps) and stay updated with changes
-
Improve performance based on feedback from reporting managers and quality teams
