• Eligible Degrees:

  • BBA, BA, B.Com

  • BCA

  • B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths)

• Passed out: 2020 – 2025

 Not Eligible: Diploma, BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech

 Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle outstanding AR through calls & analysis

• Follow up with insurance companies for claim status

• Work on denials, appeals & payment resolutions

• Identify billing errors & submission issues

• Meet productivity & quality SLAs

• Update call outcomes in billing systems

• Follow process policies & compliance standards

 Shift Details

• Night Shift (US Process)

  • 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM

  • 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM
