Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate Freshers only

  • BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA

  • B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths)

• Pass-out Years: 2020 – 2025

• ❌ Diploma, BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech candidates are not eligible

Roles & Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable through calls and analysis

• Resolve denials, submission errors, appeals, and billing issues

• Identify and report trends in denials and claim issues

• Meet SLAs for productivity and quality

• Update call outcomes accurately in billing systems

• Follow process policies and procedures (P&Ps)

• Improve performance based on feedback and quality audits

Shift & Transport

• Shift Timings:

  • 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM (Night Shift)

• Transport:
