 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate Freshers only

  • BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA

  • B.Sc (Physics / Chemistry / CS / Maths)

• Passed Out Years: 2020 – 2025

• Not Eligible: Diploma, BE / B.Tech, ME / M.Tech candidates

 Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze outstanding AR and make outbound calls to insurance companies

• Work on claim resolution, payments, appeals, corrections, and adjustments

• Identify and report trends in denials and billing issues

• Meet defined SLAs for productivity and quality

• Update call outcomes accurately in billing systems

• Follow process policies and adapt to updates

• Improve performance based on feedback and quality audits

 Shift Timings

• 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM OR

• 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM
  (Candidates must be flexible for both US shifts)

 Transport

• Free two-way cab facility (as per boundary limits)
