Roles & Responsibilities

Follow up with insurance companies for outstanding AR
-
Analyze claims and resolve denials through calls
-
Ensure SLA adherence for productivity and quality
-
Update call outcomes accurately in billing systems
-
Identify trends in denials and report to supervisors

Follow process policies and improve performance through feedback
Shift & Transport

05:30 PM – 02:30 AM OR
