Key Responsibilities
Production – Injectable (Glass Line)
- Operate glass vial filling / ampoule lines
- Handle sterile injectable production processes
- Maintain line clearance and documentation as per cGMP norms
- Monitor aseptic operations and ensure cleanroom compliance
- Perform equipment cleaning and sterilization
- Maintain batch manufacturing and production records
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Work on Validation, IPQA, QMS, Compliance, DQA, Lab QA
- Ensure adherence to quality systems and regulatory standards
- Support documentation, audits, and quality checks
- Handle QA activities for sterile and non-sterile dosage forms
Skills Required
- Knowledge of cGMP, sterile manufacturing, and cleanroom practices
- Understanding of QA systems and documentation
- Attention to detail and compliance orientation
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates eligible
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
- Experience in sterile injectables (preferred for experienced roles)
