• Handle customer queries and issues over voice calls

• Solve routine problems with guidance and training

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any graduate can apply (HSC with experience also eligible)

• Experience:

  • Freshers welcome

  • Or minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process

• Location: Must be currently residing in Mumbai

• Shifts: Willing to work in rotational shifts

• Skills:

  • Excellent spoken English
