Job description
Role & responsibilities
The Quality control officer is responsible for analysis of raw materials, in process, intermediates, finished product, stability samples as per instruction of superiors and to operate and calibrate instruments like HPLC ,UPLC ,GC ,Potentiometer, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, pH meter etc. And other instruments used for instrumental and wet analysis and to maintain calibration records and usage logbooks etc. Officer is responsible for reporting of analysis data in protocol and reports along with calculations & on job training to Jr. officer and Sr. Officer. Officer shall follow the all laboratory error/incident, deviation and OOS,OOT with the co-ordination with QC officer and QA officer as per defined time line. Ensure all the required document, reagents made available for analysis and ensuring standards, reagent solutions are within expiry before use.
