- Handling customers and explaining about products.
- Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
- Handling enquiry and service calls.
- Have to resolve customer queries.
Eligibility Criteria: –
1. Good Communication Skills in English & Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam (Any 1 Language+ English)
2. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
3. Voice/Semi Voice Process (Customer Support) experience would be a added advantage.
