🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Assist end users with IT issues (application, system, network)

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via chat, email, phone, or walk-ins

Maintain accurate documentation in the incident management system

Escalate critical incidents as needed

Support standard applications like Outlook, MS Office 365, Zoom, Jabber, etc.

Provide VDI, VPN, Active Directory, printer support

Maintain high customer service standards

Work in 24×7 rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
🧠 Skills Required:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Familiarity with ITIL Framework, Windows/Mac OS

Awareness of basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
