Job Role: Sr. AR Caller (US Healthcare)
🔹 Responsibilities:
✔ Handle accounts receivable (AR) calls for US-based healthcare providers.
✔ Work with physician/hospital billing inquiries and insurance claim follow-ups.
✔ Investigate and resolve denied or delayed claims.
✔ Manage revenue cycle processes effectively.
✔ Work in US shifts and collaborate with offshore teams.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education: Any Graduate (must have proper documents).
✔ Experience: 1-4 years in AR calling (US healthcare process).
✔ Preferred Experience:
- Physician or hospital billing background.
- DME (Durable Medical Equipment) experience is a plus.
✔ Skills Required: - Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical billing & revenue cycle management (RCM).
✔ Work Mode: Work from Office (Noida, Sector 135).
✔ Shifts: US shifts (night shifts).
