🧾 Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies to collect Accounts Receivables

Analyze medical insurance claims for quality and accuracy

Respond to customer inquiries via phone or writing

Apply business rules to various case scenarios for decision-making

Perform research and documentation

Develop strong knowledge of healthcare insurance industry processes
🕒 Work Hours

Night Shifts: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM or 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Must be flexible for overtime or weekend work based on business needs
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any graduate (minimum qualification: High School Diploma)

Skills Required:

Basic computer knowledge (Windows, typing, navigating apps)

Good communication skills in English

Willingness to work night shifts

0–6 months of experience in any service/customer-facing role preferred
