Job Role: Phlebotomist (Home Collection)
🔹 Responsibilities:
✔ Collect blood samples from customers/patients through venipuncture or finger sticks.
✔ Conduct rapid testing of samples and maintain specimen integrity.
✔ Identify patients and verify identity documents.
✔ Label, prepare, and transport specimens securely as per SOPs.
✔ Maintain accurate records of patient details, blood volume drawn, and test results.
✔ Ensure laboratory equipment is cleaned, maintained, and calibrated regularly.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education: Diploma (DMLT/CMLT/BMLT) or relevant certification in Phlebotomy.
✔ Experience: 1–5 years in sample collection and laboratory testing.
✔ Skills Required:
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and sample collection.
- Knowledge of blood specimen handling and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to medical safety standards.
