Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure seamless functioning.
- Drive sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and train the store team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory, stock, and merchandising effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Eligibility:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy or related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in pharmacy store management or pharmacy operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and proficiency in MS Office.
