Key Responsibilities:

Review and process loan submissions in the commercial loan system (CML)

Validate financials, ownership, and compliance for loan requests

Order appraisals, UCC/title reports; review legal and collateral documentation

Communicate with RMs, credit teams, legal and operations to finalize pre-closing
-
Prepare accurate loan documents using internal tools or templates
-
Meet deadlines and adhere to service level agreements
🎯 Skills & Requirements:

1–5 years of loan processing experience (Commercial preferred)

Familiarity with loan documents, compliance checks, entity review
-
Good analytical, decision-making, and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Associate/Bachelor’s Degree preferred (not mandatory)
