Initiating call to the insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patients accounts and taking appropriate actions
- Ni8 shifts
- Voice Process
- 2 way cab facility

- Payment Posting (PP) :
Overseas the intake of payments, often in a medical billing office. It includes accepting payments, processing billing statements and conducting audits for each billing cycle.
