Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products or services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English language.
- Ability to work on international voice process (US/UK).
- Strong education background from a recognized university/college/institution.
- Proficiency in Freher/Calls/Customer Retention tools.
