ZYDUS – Walk-Ins for B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.E, B.Tech, B.A, B.Com, ITI, Diploma – Multiple Department on 10th Dec’ 2023 @ BADDI & VAPI

We are recruiting for our Injectable and OSD manufacturing plant located at Ahmedabad.

Injectables (Ahmedabad).

Production:

• Production: Operator (Autoclave, Filling, Compounding, Washing/Tunnel/Capping & Lyophilizer Operator): Diploma in Engineering / Pharma / ITI with 1 to 7 Years of relevant experience in operating production machines like Autoclave, Filling, Compounding, Washing/Tunnel/Capping, Lyophilizer & Isolator.
• Production: Officer to Executive : B.Sc./ B.Pharma / M.Pharma/ B.Tech (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical ) with 2 to 7 years of experience supervising and controlling production areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer and Visual Inspection.
• Production: Officer to Executive (QMS) : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2 to 7 years of experience in production QMS should have experience of areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer and Visual Inspection.

Engineering:

• Engineering: Executive Instrumentation: B.E. / B.Tech (Instrumentation) with 2 to 5 years experience in the maintenance & operations of machines like Autoclave, Filling, Compounding, Washing/Tunnel/Capping, Lyophilizer & Isolator.
• Engineering: Process Maintenance Operator: Diploma/ITI with 1 to 6 Years of relevant experience in the maintenance & operations of HVAC, Chiller, Boiler, AHUs, Water System & handling of breakdown, Process maintenance, Instrumentation and calibration of Process equipment for Injectable Manufacturing Plant.

OSD (Ahmedabad).

Engineering

• Technician Diploma/ITI/ ITI(Refrigeration) with 3 to 7 years of experience in Utility/HVAC + BMS/ Electrical (HT, LT panels)/ Process Equipment(Granulation, Compression, Packing )/ Instrumentation.
• Executive to Manager B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Civil)
• Utility, HVAC+ BMS : B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) having 3-7 Years of experience in Maintenance of AHU, Air Compressor, Chiller and Water system.
• Civil: B.E / B.Tech (Civil) having 8-12 Years in Civil, preparation, design , BOQ, Planning scheduling and supervision of all new projects.
• Process Equipment (Mechanical) having 3-7 Years experience in Maintenance of OSD equipments used in process such as Granulation, Compression, Packing Etc.

Production:

• Technical Assistant (Operator) – Diploma in Engineering / Pharma having 3 to 7 Years of experience in operating machines like Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Ohara, Anish), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
• Officer to Executive Production B.Sc./ B.Pharma / M.Pharma/ B.Tech(Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical ) with 4 to 7 years of experience in supervising and controlling production areas like Granulation, Compression, QMS. Responsible for planning the manufacturing batches in coordination with PPMC. To monitor line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items. To carry out qualification activities. To initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). To handle manpower and allocate daily activities. Exposure to regulatory audit is must.

Packing :

• Technical Assistant (Operator) Diploma in Engineering / D.Pharma with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Primary operating Machines for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, Blister Line(BQS) and Sachet Packing(Wraptech) . Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment. Monitor equipment performances and breakdown, maintain yield and productivity as per process instruction. Receive, arrange, store and maintain the material movement of Packaging material.
• Officer to Senior Executive B.Sc. / B.Pharma with 3 to 7 years of experience in handling of Primary Packing activities. Perform packing line clearance, supervise operation for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, Blister Line(BQS) and Sachet Packing(Wraptech), cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items, Track and Trace (OPTEL) as well as Visual Inspection. Handling of qualification activities. Initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). Prepare SOPs and GMP documents. Perform SAP transactions as per requirement and accountable for yield and productivity.

Dispensing:

• Technical Assistant Diploma in Engineering / D. Pharmacy/B.Sc. with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Raw material and Solvent Dispensing operations and having knowledge of SAP system.
• Officer to Senior Executive Dispensing B.Sc. /M.Sc./ B. Pharma with 3 to 7 years of experience in handling of all Raw Material Dispensing operations. Well versed with SAP WMS, QMS, Qualification & MES / Automated Dispensing System. Having exposure to USFDA / MHRA and other regulatory audits.
• Warehouse:
• Technical Assistant (Operator) ITI/ Diploma /B.A. /B.com with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing operations viz; receipt, storage, issuance and handling of materials. Preference will be given to knowledge of ASRS System, stacker operation & SAP system.

Warehouse:

• Officer to Senior Executive B.Sc./M.Sc. / B. Pharma graduate with 3 to 7 years of experience in handling of warehousing activities. Exposure of handling Raw Material, Packing Material receipt and issuance activities. Having good knowledge of QMS area and equipment qualification related activities. Well versed with SAP MM module with WMS. Handling of expired, rejected, non-moving and obsolete inventory. Having exposure of USFDA/MHRA and other regulatory audits.

Preferred candidate profile:
