 Open Positions & Job Details

1. Production – Operators (Granulation)

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma

• Experience: 3 – 5 Years

• Machine Experience Required:

  • Granulation equipment: ACG, Glatt, Tapasya

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating granulation machines as per SOPs

  • Monitoring critical process parameters

  • Maintaining batch manufacturing records

  • Ensuring cGMP, safety, and quality compliance

 Production – Operators (Compression)

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma

• Experience: 3 – 5 Years

• Machine Experience Required:

  • Compression machines: Fette, Korsch, Cadmach

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Tablet compression operations

  • In-process checks and documentation

  • Equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting

  • Adherence to cGMP and safety norms

 Production – Apprentice

• Qualification:

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Chemical

• Experience: Freshers

• Eligibility: Minimum 60% marks

• Tenure: 1-Year Apprenticeship

• Exposure Includes:

  • Manufacturing operations

  • Shop-floor practices

  • Basic pharma production systems and safety

2. Engineering – Operators (HVAC)

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma

• Experience: 3 – 5 Years (Pharma Industry mandatory)

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Operation and maintenance of HVAC systems

  • Maintaining cleanroom conditions

  • Preventive and breakdown maintenance

  • Compliance with regulatory and safety standards
