Job description
We are recruiting for our Injectable manufacturing plant located at Ahmedabad.
Production: Autoclave, Filling, Compounding, Washing/Tunnel/Capping & Lyophilizer Operator:
Diploma in Engineering / Pharma / ITI with 1 to 7 Years of relevant experience in operating production machines like Autoclave, Filling, Compounding, Washing/Tunnel/Capping, Lyophilizer & Isolator.
Production: Executive/ Sr. Executive
M. Pharma/ B. Tech (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) with 2 to 7 years of experience supervising and controlling production areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer and Visual Inspection.
Production: Executive to Asst. Manager (QMS)
B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 4 to 10 years of experience in production QMS should have experience of areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer and Visual Inspection.
Packing Operator:
ITI, Diploma having 2 to 7 years experience in Vial labelling machine, PFS labelling machine, Plunger insertion machine, labelling machine. Blister catenator and Trak & Trace machine in injectable manufacturing plant.
Packing: Executive to Asst. Manager:
B.E/Diploma with 3 to 5 years of relevant injectable experience in BPR, BMR, reconciliation, machine exposure of 21 CFR machines le. blister carbonator, labelling codding, track and trace for review.
Quality Assurance: Executive/ Sr. Executive:
(IPQA/Validation) B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/ M.Sc. with 2 to 8 Years of relevant experience in IPQA / Validation/ Qualification related activities in Injectable Manufacturing Plant.
Quality Control (Chemical): Officer/Executive
B.Sc./Pharm/M.Sc. with 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience on HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus and UV Visible Spectrometer. Should also have knowledge of weight analysis, stability studies, for Injectable dosage forms. Also require candidate with experience of Bio Assay QMS and analytical data Review.
Quality Control (Microbiology): Officer to Sr. Executive
M.Sc. (Microbiology) with 1 to 5 years of experience in Injectable doses form. Should have experience in Media & Culture management, M.L.T., Growth Promotion test, Bio-burden test, Water monitoring (Sampling & Testing), Environment monitoring (Viable & Non-viable) in aseptic area & Identification of environment isolates.
Preferred candidate profile.
For operator position, it is essential for candidates to have exposure in regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP. Candidates should bring updated Resume, Salary proof and relevant documents.
