Key Roles & Responsibilities
-
Timely and accurate processing of HR recruitment and data management back-office activities
-
Supporting and managing Shared Services operations with defined KPI, KRA, and SLA
-
Assisting in setting up location-based shared services across Zydus PAN India locations
-
Working closely with HR Business Partners to ensure statutory and policy compliance
-
Identifying input errors, preparing reports, and providing solutions for smooth processing
-
Maintaining and updating HR Operations & Policy SOPs
-
Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
