Zydus Lifesciences Limited is inviting experienced professionals for a Walk-in Interview on 29 August 2026 for openings in Production (API) and Quality Control at its API facility in Vadodara. The recruitment is aimed at candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience in API regulated plants, with opportunities for Executive and Senior Executive positions. Candidates with hands-on experience in API manufacturing operations, GMP documentation, reactors, centrifuges, cleanroom equipment, analytical instruments and QC testing are encouraged to attend.

🔬 1. Production – API

Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Job Role: Supervisor / GMP Coordinator
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc – Chemistry
Experience: 2–5 years relevant experience in an API regulated plant

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on exposure to reactors and centrifuges
• Experience with cleanroom equipment
• Sound knowledge of cGMP and SOPs
• Exposure to regulatory requirements related to documentation
• Adherence to Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE) requirements
• Ability to supervise API production activities and coordinate GMP-related activities

🧪 2. Quality Control – QC Analyst

Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Job Role: QC Analyst
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc – Chemistry
Experience: 2–5 years relevant experience in an API regulated plant

Job Requirements:

• Analysis of raw materials
• Analysis of in-process materials and intermediates
• Finished-product analysis
• Stability sample analysis
• Handling of:
  • HPLC
  • GC
  • UV
  • IR
  • KF
  • Melting Point
• Daily calibration of instruments/equipment
• Preparation of STP, SPC and SOP documentation
• Hands-on analytical techniques including:
  • Weighing
  • Pipetting
  • Dilution preparation
• Troubleshooting of analytical instruments used in the QC laboratory
