Tech Mahindra is conducting a walk-in interview for the position of Back Office Executive (Customer Support Associate – CSA). This is a 100% work-from-office backend process role offering a stable career path, fixed salary, and permanent hiring. Job Details
The role offered is Customer Support Associate (CSA) under the Back Office/Backend Operations division. The job involves checking customer documents, maintaining accuracy, and meeting operational requirements. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Hindi reading skills and English-to-Hindi translation ability are mandatory. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts and should not take planned leave during the first three months after joining. Working hours include a 10-hour shift: 9 hours of work and a 1-hour break. Shift timings are 9 AM to 7 PM and 9 PM to 7 AM. No cab facility is provided. The workweek consists of five working days with rotational weekly offs.
Salary
The offered CTC is 1.6 LPA. The in-hand salary is approximately ₹11,900 per month.
Required Documents for Interview
Candidates must carry their education mark sheets, Aadhaar card, PAN card, and if applicable, their offer letter, last three months’ pay slips, and experience letter. Carrying a resume and Aadhaar card as ID proof is mandatory for walk-in entry.
