About the Opportunity
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is conducting a walk-in interview for fresh graduates seeking an opportunity to build their careers in Business Process Services. This hiring drive is open to candidates from select graduate and postgraduate streams who are eager to gain experience in customer service, backend operations and data management in a global work environment. Eligible candidates are invited to attend the interview at the TCS Eureka Center, Vadodara.
Position Details
The role offered is Trainee – Business Process Services. The job location is TCS, Vadodara. TCS is looking for young, enthusiastic and smart graduates who passed out in 2023, 2024 and 2025. Eligible graduation streams include B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM and BMS for batches 2023–2025. B.Sc (CS/IT) and BCA graduates from batches 2023 and 2024 are also eligible. Postgraduates from MA and M.Com (2024 and 2025 batches) can apply. All qualifications must be full-time. NIOS students may apply only if their further education is full-time. Candidates must not have backlogs. An education gap of up to 24 months is permitted with valid documentation. Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years of age and must be comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for this role will support business process operations across different domains, handle customer service tasks, manage backend operations and perform data processing activities. They will also collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.

Documents Required
Candidates must bring their updated resume, a passport-size photograph, address proof, PAN card, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and all semester-wise graduation and postgraduation mark sheets and certificates up to the highest qualification.
