Job Description:
Direct Walk-in interview opportunity for Customer Service Professionals @TCS Mumbai!!
Note: Candidates with relevant experience in any international Customer service roles (preferably in email and chat process) can directly attend the interview. Please go through Norms and Eligibility criteria.

Walk-in drive date – 13th Jan 2024, Saturday.
Shifts – Willingness to work in all three shifts.
Venue – Tata Consultancy Services, Olympus A, Security Block, First Floor, Hiranandani Estate, Thane West, Maharashtra – 400097
Candidate to Carry: Original & Xerox of Photo ID Proof (PAN / Aadhar) & 2 Dosage Vaccination Certificate, all education /employment documents (Hard/Soft Copy) & Updated CV.
Eligibility criteria –
- Candidates should be only from international customer service experience background.
- Must have 1+yrs of hands-on experience in email writing to international customers.
- 15 years full time education (No Correspondence).
- Good communication and writing skills are a must have.
- All educational and employment documents are mandatory at the time of joining.
- Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No cash in hand)
PFB the norms to be followed during the Interview process.
- We will not hold responsible for any loss of original certificates viz, (X / XII / Graduation, PG, any other certificates etc.). It is the sole responsibility of the candidates.
- Two / four-wheelers can be parked in the parking area.
- Candidates must wait in the lounge.
- Water dispensers are available.
- Rest rooms are located near the wash area of cafeteria.
