Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Scalable Synthetic Routes for APIs and Intermediates.
- Maintain Clear Experimental Records and Development Reports.
- Optimize Reactions to Improve Yield and Reduce Impurities.
- Collaborate With Analytical R&D for Method Development And Impurity Profiling.
- Troubleshoot Process Issues and Deviations.
- Support Scale-up and Technology Transfer Activities.
