Job Summary
Neuland Laboratories is looking for experienced professionals to support pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality operations, plant maintenance, and safety functions. Candidates should possess relevant educational qualifications and experience in API or regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Production
- Handle intermediate manufacturing operations.
- Operate cleanroom, kilo lab, and DCS automation systems.
- Manage production documentation, QMS, and investigation activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and company procedures.
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform HPLC and GC analysis, including peptide testing.
- Conduct laboratory testing and maintain analytical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Perform AQA and IPQA activities.
- Monitor in-process quality.
- Review documentation and ensure GMP compliance.
Plant Engineering
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure smooth operation of production equipment.
- Support engineering and maintenance activities.
Safety
- Monitor plant safety operations during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations.
- Promote safe work practices across manufacturing operations.
