NATCO Pharma is hiring for the Production department at our Chennai API facility. We invite qualified professionals with regulatory market experience to attend our walk-in drive.
Walk-In Interview Details:
- Date: Saturday, 21st February 2026
- Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Venue: Vaikkadu TPP Salai, 74/7b, SH 104, Manali New Town, Chennai.
Positions Available:
- Process Operators: 0-5 years experience
- Shift Incharge: 7-10 years experience
- Documentation: 2-5 years experience
- Block Head: 12-15 years experience (QMS and Product Investigation expertise required)
- Qualifications: M.Sc / B.Sc Chemistry, D.C.E, B.E (Chem), or B.Tech (Pharm Tech).
Job Details:
Production
- Qualifications: M.Sc/B.Sc Chemistry/D.C.E/B.E(Chem)/BTech (Pharm Tech)
- Process Operators (Multiple Positions): With O to 5 yrs
- Shift Incharge (Multiple Positions): 7 to 10 yrs.
- Documentation: 2 to 5 yrs.
- Block Head: 12 to 15 yrs of experience with knowledge of QMS and active participation in product failure investigation. Work experience in reputed organisation which has its presence in the regulatory market.
Quality Control
- Qualifications: M.Sc Chemistry
- Wet Lab Analyst (Multiple Positions): Minimum of 2 yrs in Pharma QC
Shift Incharge: Minimum 12 yrs experience in pharma industry for handling shift-related activities like work schedule, release of in-process and intermediate samples etc. - Lead-LC-MS/GC-MS/ICP-MS-1: Minimum 12 yrs experience in pharma industry with experience in Analytical Method Validation of LCMS/GC-MS/ICP-MS (Analytical Method Validation, Method Transfer, ICP-MS/LC-MS/GC-MS)
- Team Member – LC-MS/GC-MS-1: Minimum 4 yrs experience in pharma industry in handling Analytical Method Validation of LCMS/GC-MS)
