Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and support an Analytical AR&D team
-
Method development, method transfer, and validation across drug development stages
-
Execute method validation as per internal and regulatory guidelines
-
Ensure Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) compliance
-
Support R&D technical activities for Drug Master File (DMF) submissions
-
Optimize analytical methods to meet project timelines and quality standards
-
Resolve technical challenges through internal and external scientific collaboration
-
Interpret and communicate results from stability studies
-
Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality benchmarks, and customer requirements
